Class Policy

Due to the popularity of our classes, we have instituted the following guidelines to guarantee space in our classes and to avoid last minute cancellations:

1. All classes must be paid for in full to reserve a space in our classes

2. Refunds / credits will be made according to the following schedule:
     *  One week prior to start date: full store credit or refund.
     *  Less than one week prior to start: no refund or credit.

3. Any classes cancelled by the Vinery due to inclement weather, instructor illness, or lack of enrollment will be rescheduled or refunded in full.
     *  In cases of questionable weather conditions, a decision of whether to cancel the class will be made by 4:00. We will call the number you provide to notify you of a cancellation.
     *  If class is not cancelled and you choose not to attend due to the weather, you will receive a class credit provided you call ahead and let us know. The Vinery’s phone number is (608) 271-2490.

4. Students that miss classes are not entitled to make up classes. Please check your schedules!

A Note about Parking

Parking is available in our front parking lot.
Additional space is available after 6:00 P.M. in the lot of Mid-Wisconsin Security or in the Glass Gallery lot.
