No skills needed for this class. Bring a friend or neighbor and come join us for this fun and exciting class. See if stained glass is something you would be interested in before making the investment in supplies and tools. We will show you step-by-step instructions on how to cut glass, pattern preparation, foiling, soldering in order for you to complete your first stained glass panel, which you will take home with you. We offer lots of individual instruction, use of shop tools. Children 12 years of age or older welcome.

All of the joys of our 6 week class compacted into 2 days of fun! Choose from any of the patterns in our Beginning Patterns I book, add your own colors, and show off your great creation by Sunday afternoon! Students may borrow our tools for the class, but will be expected to purchase glass and supplies, such as flux, solder and foil. Students will receive a $20.00 coupon off our tool kits, in case you decide to get your own set. This is a great opportunity for out-of-towners or for anyone who is too busy for the 6 week class. Students will be given/mailed our Beginning Patterns I book upon signup, and are expected to have their pattern chosen and ideas for glass colors ready for class. Learn the art of Stained Glass. This 6 week course will teach you the copper foil technique. We offer step-by-step in-struction on cutting glass, pattern preparation, glass selection, foiling, and soldering, to the final steps of completing your project. The Advanced class is intended to expand and polish your stained glass skills.

The Advanced class will expand and polish your stained glass skills. Attendance at a beginning class or prior stained glass experience is required. This 6 week course is intended to teach you the copper foil technique. This class is designed to teach you the technique of lead came. Techniques include pattern preparation, safety, cutting the lead came and soldering it together.This is a hands on class, you will leave with a finished leaded panel.Some preparation for this class is required. You will be given a tool and class preparation sheet and your choice of 5 patterns upon signing up for this class. Prerequisite: Beginning Stained Glass Class. Class fee does not include glass or bevels. Students must bring their own tools and supplies.

Finally a class to guide you through all those important decisions in creating that special piece of glass for your cabinet door. This class will cover it all from basic mechanicals such as measurement, prepping the doors for glass, method of assembly and installation to the artistic design of your door. In the artistic design category we will discuss design resources, use of bevels, jewels, tiles and other inclusions, designing to compliment architectural styles and color selection. Bring a door if you have one and plan on having all your questions answered.

Learn to use Morton's Portable Glass Shop to quickly and easily cut out stained glass patterns. Carol has saved herself many hours with these tools, and she'll teach you to do the same! Appropiate for anyone doing stained glass, glass fusing or mosaics. Please bring your own glass cutter and pliers!

This class will show you how to assemble a flat panel lampshade. You must come to class with your panels assembled for class. They must be constructed with a jig to insure each panel is the same size and the edges are straight! Please allow yourself plenty of time to prepare for this class!
Be sure and bring your soldering tools to class.

Learn about sandblast etching and paste etching in this class. You will have an opportunity to create several small pieces using both techniques. We will explore how to apply these techniques in your artwork. The fee for this class includes a kit containing an exacto knife, etching paste, resist, and several stencils.

Fill your house with holiday hangings! We have many patterns and ideas for projects that incorporate angels! There are designs to choose from that use bevels and/or cut glass to make angels of all sizes and shapes. This class is designed for those with glass cutting and soldering experience. Please bring your own tools, and you may bring glass or purchase it on the day of class.

Come make a stained glass wall sconce! We have light kits available to create the perfect light for your wall. The light kits will be available at a discount at the time of class. Prerequisite: prior stained glass experience.

Save yourself some trial and error! Learn to make boxes the easy way. We will supply patterns, ideas and instruction. Please bring your own tools, supplies and glass. Hinges included in tuition. Prerequisite: Prior stained glass experience.

Join our technicians for a demonstration on how they tackle frustrating cracks, warps and other damage to stained glass. Bring a piece that needs repair and your tools, and we'll save you a few aspirin! Even if you don't have a damaged panel, you'll get plenty of useful information from the demonstration and from watching others.

Come meet with Denny and learn about making flat panel lampshades and Tiffany-style shades. This is a great way to get going on a new project or have some questions answered about a current project. There will be a discussion about different styles of shades, tips for making them and time for your questions.

This class is designed to improve your technique for cutting out a variety of shapes on a variety of glass. You will gain cutting experience on some of the more difficult art glasses.You will have an opportunity to try some of the different cutters available- including the Cutters Mate, circle cutters, and strip cutters.
Limit 12 Students.....$15
This is a hands-on class that will help you improve your soldering skills and abilities to draw a smoother solder bead. Along with your soldering tools, you should bring 8 pieces of foiled glass [1" by 8"] to practice your soldering on. You may also bring a small project foiled ready to be soldered.

Get together with us to learn to make stained glass snowflakes. These pieces make great holiday gifts as they are quick and easy to put together and require few materials. There are many, many patterns to choose from that use bevels and/or cut glass. You will leave this class with a great piece, and plenty of ideas for your next several projects. This class is designed for those with glass cutting and soldering experience. Please bring your own tools, and you may bring glass and bevels or purchase them on the day of class.

Use the Morton System to cut shapes that will be used to create beautiful snowflakes. The cut shapes will be foiled and soldered. Bring tools if you have them. Some glass will be provided. No experience necessary.
Limit 10 Students.....$45.00
Learn a great new technique and leave class with a fun holiday suncatcher. Bring your soldering tools, solder and an exacto knife and well supply the rest. Must have stained glass experience.
