Mosaic Holiday Mirror
Make a wonderful decoration for your home while learning the basics of mosaics. Each student wil be supplied with a board and a beveled mirror for their blank canvas, and will leave with a great piece of functional art! All materials and use of our tools are included in tuition, and we will have several patterns and examples for inspiration (or come with your own ideas!) A demonstration of grouting will be shown as well as grout provided for you to complete your project at home, after your adhesive has dried. Beginner Mosaic

Mosaic Class for Beginners
Learn the basics of applied mosaic in this 2 1/2 hour class. Create a simple mosaic design on a 12" circle or 12" square piece of wood, or a 6" flower pot. You will learn to use mosaic nippers to create your design. Design ideas will be discussed to help stimulate your own creative ideas. Your project will be completed in class. Grouting will have to be done at home. A demonstration of grouting will be shown and an instructional hand out will be provided.

Paver Stone Class

Beginning Patio Stone Class
This three hour class teaches the skills necessary to complete an eight inch round mosaic patio stone. Topics of instruction include pattern preparation, glass cutting and fitting, mold preparation, pouring cement, and cleanup of finished stone. A selection of patterns all materials, and tools will be provided for each student. A quick drying cement is used, so each student will take home his or her project at the end of the night, as well as the skills to create more mosaic patio stones.

Mosaic Bowling Ball Class (Two day class)
We teach you how to transform that old bowling ball into a beautiful art object that will rival any gazing ball you might run across! Walk into class and a pile of brightly colored glass and mirror will be there to greet you ready for you to learn to chop it up and make an awesome conversation piece. No one will guess there's a bowling ball inside your finished treasure! Beginners welcome. All materials (including the bowling ball)and tools are provided. Some students will have to do homework to complete their ball.

Mosaic Mailbox Class (Two day class)
These are functionally fun and you'll be the envy of the block with your new outdoor decoration! Whether you are new to glass or have made mosaics before, you'll love your colorful, original mailbox. We will teach you the basics along with some great tips and techniques for creating your masterpiece. This is a big project, so you may have some homework, but we will show you all of the steps to finish your project. This is a 2 day class.

Mosaic Garden Stake Class

Garden Stake Mosaic Class
Make a beautiful glass-on-glass mosaic insert for a decorative garden stake. Students will learn the glass mosaic method to create an artful addition for the garden. This is a fun project that allows you to use transparent glass to create a unique mosaic that lets the light through.
Limit 16 students.............$65
Fee includes all materials including a garden stake and use of our tools.

Mosaic Paver Stone Class
Transform an ordinary paver stone (7 ½” by 15 ½”) into an address stone masterpiece! Learn the basics of simple mosaic techniques while creating a beautiful accent piece for your home. All materials and tools provided including pattern suggestions and patterns for numbers. A most durable thin mortar set will be used to adhere glass to stone. A grouting demo will be provided since grouting cannot be done for twenty four hours.

Lazy Susan/Tabletop Mosaic Class
Make a beautiful mosaic tabletop. We will show you the basics of mosaics and some design ideas and you'll be on your way. Students must purchase their project bae (a lazy susan or table top) prior to class. Stop by our studio to see the options available. Glass and use of our tools are included in the class tuition. A demonstration of grouting will be shown, and grout will be provided for you to complete your project at home after your project has dried.

Patio Stone using the Morton System
Create a 12" square patio stone in one day while learning to use the Morton System tools, which are wonderful for creating repetitive shapes with extreme accuracy. You will leave with your completed stone and the knowledge to create many more. You will learn pattern preparation, glass cutting and fitting, mold preparation, pouring cement, and how to clean your finished stone. Students must purchase or bring their glass( approx. 2 sq. ft. of opalescent colors) and we will provide the rest. Discounts on the Morton System will be available the day of class.
