With teacher Julie Lukosaitis you will learn a variety of skills from the very basics of beadmaking to intermediate decorating techniques in this great class that offers lots of torch time. We will be covering the basics of set up, safety, glass and mandrels. Plus, we will explore several techniques using frit and stringer. You will get a chance to make floral and tiger by incorporatin foils into glass for special effects. Working on the torch several weeks in a row will help reinforce and retain your skills giving you the chance to get lots of beads made! All materials and use of our tools are included in the tuition. Students are asked to wear closed-toed shoes and long pants.
